The Society of Food Hygiene and Technology Forthcoming events

SOFHT has the following events coming up for fellow members:

29 September – “SOFHT Mock Trial” provides the opportunity to gain some of the experience without the pain of an actual summons. We use an actual case to provide delegates the opportunity to watch, learn and at the end to give their own verdict on the outcome.

28 October – “New European Labelling Law” – It is likely that the changes in regulations and laws suggest an interesting time for all those involved in the generation of food labels. SOFHT has organised this conference in an attempt to being you up to date with the latest proposals and discusses the practical implications that are likely to result.

All the above can be booked at http://www.sofht.co.uk/events/index.asp or by calling 01827 872500 or by email: admin@sofht.co.uk
